Description

The vendor shall provide all labor and supervision to conduct water treatment services for four boilers in the Boiler Plant, the high temp hot water heating boiler at the BRAC, and one Cooling Tower. The Vendor will also provide water testing services and provide recommendations for the proper operation of 26 Closed Loop and Open Loop systems. The Vendor will also provide quarterly preventive maintenance services for three (3) water softener systems (Boiler Plant, Bldg. 2, BRAC) and provide recommendations for the proper operation of each. The vendor will also provide comprehensive repair service for both Water Softeners as requested by the VA. This additional maintenance and repair, if requested by the VA, will be paid for under separate purchase order.
