For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX8C0516AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum of quantity of 150 each up to a maximum of 350 each of a NOUN: ACTUATOR, ELECTRO-ME; NSN: 1680-00-245-1833; Part Number 114VS800-3 applicable to the BK Chinook Weapon System. Production Lead Time (PLT) is150 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to DODAAC SW3211 for TINKER AFB, OK 73145-8000. This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY (CAGE CODE 77272) and SIMMONDS PRECISION (CAGE CODE 12511). This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offeror's must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
