- NSN 4220 - 014401573 is for LIFE PRESERVER,YOKE. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 2,000 EA. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 19 October 2018. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
