- Solicitation Package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ ISS-34300204-19-001) on behalf of the Office of Information and Security Services (ISS). ISS has a need for a contractor to provide RMG Networks Symoncare licenses and maintenance renewals between their Parkersburg, WV and Minneapolis, MN locations in accordance with the specifications listed on Attachment A - Pricing Table. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Fixed, open market pricing is being requested. The NAICS code is 541519 Information Technology Value Added Resellers and the size standard is 150 employees. Award will be made on a Lowest Price - Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Submitted pricing shall be fixed and all-inclusive. To be found "technically acceptable", submittals must acknowledge and include clear confirmation of the following: -All work, remote and onsite shall be completed by a US Citizen on a 5X8 (5-day workweek with 8 hour days) basis. -Contractor shall respond within one (1) business day for all issues reported by the government, with complete resolution within five (5) business days. -Contractor shall possess certification from RMG Networks to work on the system; otherwise, they shall defer to RMG networks for all assistance. -Contractor shall have an agreement with RMG to escalate to at any time or by request of the government. -Contractor shall concur that "in order to be successful, all systems shall remain in production with as little down time as possible".
