This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-99 (effective 06/15/2018 & 07/15/2018). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562112, with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. SB registration will be verified in System Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). SDVOSB registration will be verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP). Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to verify and view contractor registrations. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) at the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas to furnish all personnel, materials, tools and equipment necessary to provide storage, removal, transportation and disposal of all low-level radioactive waste. Period of Performance dates: December 1, 2018 thru March 31, 2019. Questions on this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be sent to point of contract listed above by November 1, 2018 with a posted time by 11:00am. An amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted by November 2, 2018 close of business (COB) with any questions that were provided and answers.
