Description

Description: The Government requires a lease of approximately 17,663 ABOA Square Feet of space and 80 parking spaces for use by VA as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in the delineated area explained below within Dearborn County, Indiana. The maximum rentable square feet (RSF) cannot exceed 23,845 RSF. Offered space must not be located within a 100-year flood plain. Offered space must be located within the delineated area. Interested Lessors shall submit the following for the building offered, on or before October 26, 2018: 1) Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, 2) description of building, 3) photo of building, 4) address of building, 5) proof of ownership, purchase agreement, or interest in existing building, 6) floorplans of existing building, 7) type of zoning for existing building, 8) evidence of SDVOSB or VOSB status through registration at VIP (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/). Please respond to this notice via email no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, October 26, 2018 to Lee.Grant@va.gov and Aaron.Ice@va.gov.
