Description
Commercial Truck Driving Training The United States Coast Guard (USCG) National Strike Force (NSF) requires contractor technical and administrative support services for a firm fixed price Commercial Truck Driving Training. The course objective is to prepare students to pass the California, Alabama, and New Jersey state examination requirements for a Commercial Class "A" license. These licenses are required for NSF Strike Team (NSFST) member transportation of a large assortment of highly specialized heavy response equipment. In addition, the course must prepare students to proficiently navigate safely through cities, mountain roads, tunnels, interstate highways, and multi-day driving evolutions. Drivers must be prepared and confident to drive in day/night conditions, high winds, snow, ice, sleet, and dry roads, thus Skid Training must be a part of the core training. The vendor must meet 88732 Federal Register Vol. 81, NO. 236 Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators, Final Rule effective 06 Feb 2017 standards and certifications to host the NSF Commercial Truck Drivers License Course.

Place of Performance
Address: The primary place of performance will be at the vendor facility which will include driving range. Driving will also be required to be performed in the local city and on the interstate under the direction of the contracted instructor. The contractor will provide all classroom equipment and vehicles. All vendor details shall be addressed in the proposal with an itemized pricing of cost., United States
