Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Utah City: St. George Delineated Area: Start at the place of beginning; start at Interstate 15 and Santa Clara Trail, go west on Santa Clara Trail continuing onto South Dixie Driver to West Sunset Blvd, go west on West Sunset Blvd to Bluff Street, go South to St. George Blvd Go west to Interstate 15, and go south back to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,200 Space Type: Clinical Space Parking Spaces Total: 16 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical space in a building under lease in St. George, Utah that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
