- Statement of Work (SOW) Wage Determination FAR 52.212-3 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Service Maintenance of Solid State Frequency Converters in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish personnel and any required special tools or equipment necessary to complete all work task, which may be issued. The POC is Mandi McKinsey: 727-535-1437 x-1500, Email: MANDI.L.KCKINSEY@USCG.MIL. The work tasks may be issued in the following general areas: Service calls and routine preventive maintenance. FY19 Service Maintenance does not include parts Scheduled maintenance for installed: Converter Model Number: PFC032-V-40-FM-12P 40 KVA 400HZ, SN#s: 03032, 03033, and 03034 Converter Model Number: PFC060-V-40-FM-12P, SN#: 080028 Converter Model Number: PFC096-V-40-FM-12P-FS18, SN#: 01121 Onsite inspection/maintenance performed three (3) times a year by a qualified factory-trained Technician. The scheduled maintenance trips will include the following services: a. Cleaning Air Intakes, Exhaust Filters, and Accumulation of dust on interior and exterior surfaces of unit b. Visual inspection of the unit to ensure there ARE no loose connections, premature wear, or capacitor leaks. Lamp test to ensure all indicator lights are working. c. System check to ensure unit is functioning properly d. Repair of any deficiencies/malfunctions detected during inspection The service period of coverage is After Receipt of Order (ARO) to SEP 30, 2019 Submit all quotes via Email to EUGENE.WHITE@USCG.MIL or Fax Attn: Eugene White to 305 415-7092 until COB 10/23/2018 @ 3:00 pm.
