- U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION No. 6CA1108 The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following Office space in Stockton, California: State: California City: Stockton Delineated Area: West: Highway 5, West Side Freeway North: West Swain Road East: Pacific Avenue South: Brookside Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,360 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,707 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 15 years (with termination rights after 60 days) Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Slab-to-Slab demising partitions. · 8’ high perimeter chain link fence around the 3 parking spaces for Government owned vehicles. · Level I Security. · Ground floor space is preferred. · Building shall have a loading area adjacent to the building entrance, loading dock, or offered space that is acceptable to the Lease Contracting Officer. · If above ground level, a second elevator or freight elevator that can accommodate 2 people and 2 extra-large coolers with wider doors and hallways. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
