N00164-15-G-QS01-0003 - SOLE SOURCE - ENGINEERING SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE EXISTING AN/SLQ-32 SYSTEM - PSC R425 - NAICS 541330 Anticipated Issue Date 06 NOV 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date 03 JAN 2019 - Time 2:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) Job Order (JO) under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-15-G-QS01. This JO is for a one year period of performance with a one year option period. The BOA was issued to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGS), 925 Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714-5000 with performance in Goleta, CA. The BOA was awarded on 27 APR 2015 with a maximum ceiling amount of $26,200,000.00 covering a 5-year ordering period for engineering service and support requirements necessary for Richeson Oshman Loewenstern Maxfield (ROLM) 1666B software revisions for Block 1 AN/SLQ-32(V) platforms. This JO (N00164-15-G-QS01-0003) consists of systems software and firmware support including engineering analyses, software and firmware development and documentation of systems software or firmware development, existing system modification requirements and existing government documentation updates in support of variants of the AN/SLQ-32(V) associated with Block 1 upgrades. Acquisitions under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated Period of Performance (PoP): Upon Contract Award - 12 months after with a 1 year option period The total award amount is estimated to be $1,500,000. Request for Proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. The anticipated contract action award date is 9 JUL 2019. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
