Ft. (ABOA):17,902 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):18,798 ABOA Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):1 Reserved / Structured Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Option Term:None Tenant Improvement Allowance:$43.47 per ABOA SF (new space) / $10.00 (existing space) BSAC Allowance:$25 per ABOA SF (new space) / $6.00 (existing space) Additional Requirements: •Offered space cannot be co-located with US Attorney's office, probation, and/or law enforcement agencies. •Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. •All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
