T NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT-VIDEO COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION AT BALTIMORE VA MEDICAL CENTER. Solicitation Number/FBO Notice: 36C24518Q9241 Agency: Department of Veterans Affairs Office: Perry Point VA Medical Center Location: Perry Point, MD Response Date: Friday, 19 Oct 2018 at 12:00PM Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: T Photo Equipment NAICS Code: 512110 Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-1 (c)(2)(d) intends to make a sole source award to a firm with the capability of providing Video Commercial Production to the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The anticipated source is Public and Community Relations, 10 North Green Street Baltimore, MD 21201. This is not a formal solicitation or request for quote. This synopsis of intent is to give notice of the Government s intent to make a sole source award. Contractors who can provide the Dept of Veterans Affairs with the required services are invited to electronically submit an affirmative written response indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirement. Specifications for this requirement are as follows: The contractor shall provide Video Production Commercials for the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The VA has a location limit of a five (5) miles radius within the Baltimore VA Medical Center. Responses should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, any applicable processed credentials and qualifications, and any applicable pricing data or information. All responses should include a Point of Contract (POC), telephone number, and electronic mail address (email). Additionally, respondents should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone, service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran owned small business or qualify as socially or economically disadvantaged and whether they are US or foreign owned. Responses to this notice will be used to determine the availability of this type of service. All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis and all responses will be considered by the agency.
