Description

Pre-solicitation Description of Requirement The on-site Urology requirement of 1 FTE (2080 hrs. of on-site coverage and 6526 hrs. of on-call coverage) shall require a minimum of 3 and up to 5 Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologists. The scheduled work hours for on-site services are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The weekday on-call is Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next morning. The weekend on-call is Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. through Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. Holiday on-call is from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. on the holiday. The on-call response time for the requirement is 30-minutes to be on-site at the facility once call back notice is received. This response requirement obviously requires the on-call physician to reside within the call coverage area. The current requirement will be a base period of one-year with 4, one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government s discretion. Location of services: James H.
