- Description
- The purpose of this Modification is to: 1. Exercise Option Period 1. In accordance with the contract, the exercising of this Option shall: a) Award CLIN 101, ROUTINE WORK to provide operation and maintenance support services from 10/01/2018 through 09/30/2019 for the firm fixed price of $1,419,334.18. b) Award CLIN 102, ADDITIONAL WORK to provide additional operation and maintenance services from 10/01/2018 through 09/30/2019. Additional Work shall be funded through the issuance of Task Orders. The total sum of all Additional Work awarded during this Option Period shall not exceed $1,000,000.00. c) Incorporate the current applicable DOL Wage Determinations to be used throughout this Option Period. 2. Increase the total award amount for Routine Services, Option Year 1 from $1,404,365.75, by $8,968.48, to $1,413,334.18. This increase in price is a result of an increase in the current applicable DOL Wage Determinations in accordance with FAR 52.222-43, Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Labor Standards-Price Adjustment (Multiple Year and Option Contracts). 3. Increase the total contract amount from $1,390,461.14 (Base Year), by $1,413,334.18 (Option Year 1), to $2,803,795.35. 4. Extend the period of performance through 09/30/2019. 5. Incorporate the following FAR Clauses by reference: a) FAR 52.228-2 -- Additional Bond Security (Oct 1997) b) FAR 52.228-11 --Pledges of Assets (Jan 2012) c) FAR 52.228-12 -- Prospective Subcontractor Requests for Bonds (May 2014) d) FAR 52.228-14 -- Irrevocable Letter of Credit (Nov 2014) e) FAR 52.228-15 -- Performance and Payment Bonds -- Construction (Oct 2010)
