- Sole Source procurement Justification. U.S. GOVERNMENT PROJECT: 8GA2343 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: GA City: Atlanta Delineated Area: POINT OF BEGINNING: I-285 and N. Peachtree Industrial Blvd. (GA Rte 141) Southeast on I-285 to U.S. Highway 78/GA Route 410 Southwest on U.S. Highway 78/GA Route 410 to N. Druid Hills Road West on N. Druid Hills Road to I-85 junction Continue West/Northwest on N. Druid Hills Road NE Continue North on N. Druid Hills Road NE to Peachtree Road (GA Rte 141) Continue North on Peachtree Road NE (GA Rte 141) to Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Continue North Peachtree Industrial Blvd. (GA Rte 141) to I-285 POINT OF BEGINNING Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 59,954 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 67,148 Space Type: Class A Office Parking Spaces (Total): 44 Parking Spaces (Surface): 44 Parking Spaces (Structured): 44 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 44 Full Term: 6 years Firm Term: 6 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Offeror must buy out remaining 6 years firm term (effective 1/1/2019) of GSA Lease LGA62455. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Delete for procurement summary page. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Atlanta, GA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
