- The Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Maintenance of Automatic Doors for the following Orlando locations: Lake Nona Hospital, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827 Lake Baldwin Out Patient Clinic, 5801 Raymond Street, Orlando FL 32803 Lakemont Campus, 2500 South Lakemont Ave, Orlando FL 32814 Viera Out Patient Clinic, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera FL 32940 The performance period for this contract will be One year plus 4 option years. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238290, with a related small business size standard of 15 Million Dollars. The proposed action is for a Fixed Price (FP) requirement contract, which will be advertised as Total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The solicitation will be posted on or about 2 October 2018, via fedbizopps.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 dated 08/22/2018. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov.
