- 5MO0168 FBO Notice-Amendment 2 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: West 6 th Street East: Troost Avenue South: 31 st Street West: Interstate 35 See attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,160 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,120 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 total Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Space must be no more than 2 city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the building. Space must be within 1,320 walkable linear feet from a public transportation stop. Space must be above the first floor (grade/street level). An accessible vestibule is required if a public entrance to the offered space is directly from the outdoors. Building must have a minimum of two accessible elevators; one of the accessible elevators may serve as a freight elevator. Space must be contiguous on one floor. [Amendment 1] Column spacing must be no less than 20 feet on center. [Amendment 2] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility [Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS)], seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
