Pharmaceutical caps are listed on the Ability One Procurement List at http://www.abilityone.gov/procurement_list/and, in accordance with Class Deviation to Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 808.002, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.002(2) and further delineated at FAR 8.704(1)(ii), the priority to purchase supplies listed on the Procurement List through Ability One is mandated prior to considering GSA or open market items.
