- Description
- J&A Full Food Services, FJ, SC This is not a solicitation, but a notice of a Contract Action. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Fort Jackson intent to award modification W9124C-18-C-0016-P0005 to Contract W9124C-18-C-0016, with the South Carolina Commission for the Blind, 1430 Confederate Avenue, Columbia, SC 29201-1914 for a period six (6) months implementing FAR Clause 52.217-8, and pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements," as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Competition will be sought for the follow-on contract. This action is to prevent disruption of services by providing continuity of services currently being performed on Fort Jackson. The period of performance for this extension will be from 1 October 2018 through 31 March 2019.
