- SF-1449_StationIslamorada_Lawn Scope of Work DOL Labor Wage Rates Commercial Clauses This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-18-Q-7SD006. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) 561730 Landscaping Services, size in Millions ($7.5) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. 1. Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of labor and supervision to perform landscaping services Anticipated award date: 5 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 22 October 2018 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 17 October 2018. Wage determinations: 15-4583, Rev 8 dated 07/10/2018 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to perform landscaping services per attached SOW at Coast Guard Station Islamorada, Fl, Location: USCG Station Islamorada 183 Palermo Drive. Islamorada, FL 33036 Geographical range: Tri-county area of Monroe, Miami Dade and Broward Counties Price Range: NTE $12K for the annual contract Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence on 01 November 2018 through 30 September 2019. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site visit: It is highly recommended that interested vendors contact the below listed COR for access to Coast Guard Station Islamorada to field verify requirements listed within the SOW. These rates may be adjusted only as a result of revisions to prevailing labor rates provided by the Secretary of Labor. The option provision may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 6 months.
