- Combined RFQ, SOW, BOM, and Sketches (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. •(2) The solicitation number is 0B03C18Q00000285 and is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423210 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. (3) This procurement shall be set aside 100% for small business. All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments that may be issued to the solicitation. The resulting contract shall be awarded to the offeror who provides the lowest price that is technically acceptable including past performance. FOB Destination shall be the two (2) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Airport and PAD facilities located in Puerto Rico, as set forth in the attached STATEMENTS OF WORK. (4) CBP intends to award a Purchase Order (PO) for the procurement of office furniture, including, delivery and installation, and removal and disposal of old damaged furniture. It is required that all offerors submitting a quote review the attached STATEMENTS OF WORK and BILLS OF MATERIALS and SKETCHES to review all requirements. All offerors submitting a quote shall be required to meet the requirements found in the STATEMENTS OF WORK and BILLS OF MATERIALS and SKETCHES. (5) Offerors shall submit a quote on or before 2:00 p.m. ET on Friday, September 28, 2018 via email only to colin.a.colgan@cbp.dhs.gov. Any questions shall be submitted via email only to the same address no later than Friday, September 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Government responses, along with the question, may be published through FBO so that all interested offerors will have access to the same information. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. (6) The Period of Performance shall be September 28, 2018 through January 28, 2019.
