Description

THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS AMENDED TO EXTEND THE CLOSING/RESPONSE DATE FROM 9/14/2018 10/03/2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Augusta GA (VISN7), is issuing a solicitation for temporary lodging for beneficiaries coming to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Uptown/Downtown locations in Augusta GA. Contractor shall furnish rooms to the VA beneficiaries authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta GA. The contractor shall furnish all standard supplies/services included as the minimum room requirements. These rooms will be used on a short-term basis for the VA Hoptel Program. Availability of 30 rooms, to include 26 regular rooms and four (4) handicapped on weekdays (Sunday night through Thursday night not counting Masters Week), availability of four (4) rooms either handicapped or regular may be needed) on Friday and Saturday nights with minimum same day reservation/authorization required. During Masters Week no more than three (3) rooms per night (either handicapped or regular) will be utilized at the contracted rate. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 72110 with a size standard of $32.5 million. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. Posting of the solicitation is forthcoming.
