Delineated Area Map GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: New Haven Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of Orchard Street and Whalley Avenue, proceed eastbound continuing onward via Tower Parkway and Grove Street to Orange Street. Head northeast on Orange Street to Trumbull Street. Head East on Trumbull Street to I-95. East: Follow I-95 from Trumbull Street to Water Street South: Follow Water Street westbound from I-95 to York Street. Head southwest on York Street to Howard Avenue. Follow Howard Avenue northwest to Sylvan Avenue. Follow Sylvan Avenue westbound to Ward Street. Follow Ward Street northbound to Legion Avenue. Follow Legion Avenue westbound to Orchard Street. West: Follow Orchard Street from Legion Avenue to Whalley Avenue. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,242 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft.
