Description

The scope of this project is to renovate an existing 105 m ² (1,130 SF) area on the ground floor and a 750 m ² (8,073 ft ²) area on the first floor within Building 103 at NSA Bahrain. The spaces will be constructed as secure areas. This project is located at NSA Bahrain. The period of performance for the basic contract is 365 days after notice to proceed. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. The Government reserves the right to enter into negotiations or limit the competitive range. The magnitude of construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
