- Sources Sought Notice This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability of Small Businesses that have the capability to perform national strategic leadership work for the Network of Quality Improvement and Innovation Contractors (NQIIC) and the National Administrative Support (NAS) awardee as Overarching Support Contractors. The NSL Awardee provides overarching national strategic improvement development and management leadership to the NQIIC network of awardees. Please note this will NOT be part of the NQIIC IDIQ. This Sources Sought Notice serves as a means of conducting market research to identify companies capable of providing direct technical services and the resources to support the NQIIC program. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method(s) of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541618. Other Important Considerations: There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued at a later time.
