The Network 10 Contracting Office intends to solicit as a Small Business Set Aside for Medication Reconciliation (Med-Rec) Tool Software Support Services for all Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 Sites located in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana (11 sites and 30 CBOCs) for the period of November 1, 2018 thru October 31, 2019 with four (4) option years, exercisable at the Government s discretion. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about October 15, 2018. To be eligible for consideration, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS Code is 541519, and Size Standard $27.5 Million. Questions concerning this announcement should be directed to the Contracting Officer using the e-mail link provided.
