Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the Anchorage VAMC on or about September 20, 2018 to interested sources to provide the following line item(s): 0001: 1 JB, Audio and Visual equipment for conference rooms: Rooms 1A121, 1A221, 1D161, and Director's Conf Rm- Includes new 86-inch LCD display and upgrades for all signaling components to digital and installation of Government provided videoconference camera and microphone. By Adding ceiling microphones and microphone mixer, would add teleconferencing capability to the rooms and the same microphones could be used for videoconferencing and/or web conferencing if the USB camera were added. 0002: 1 JB; Audio and Visual equipment for conference room: Executive Conference room- Includes new 86-inch LCD display and upgrades for all signaling components to digital and installation of Government provided videoconference camera and codec. This system includes ceiling microphones, microphone mixer, touchpanel, and table touch switches to mute microphones. A 12in touchpanel would be installed at the conference table to provide control and a confidence monitor view. Also includes optional 1-YR service agreement. 0003: 1 JB; Audio and Visual equipment for Six combinable training rooms: This would include two new short-throw laser projectors and two new large format projection screens. All rooms would have ceiling microphones and teleconferencing capabilities. Contractor shall support two videoconference systems as part of this design. Four of the rooms would have new touchpanel for combined room functions and control. All connectivity shall be upgraded to digital video matrix switching. This procurement will be advertised as an open market, service-disabled veteran-owned small business set aside. NAICS code 334310 is applicable for the size standard.
