Q&A for VCS Refrigeration Equip. Maint & Repair Services dated: 9/20/2018, 36C24218Q0592 The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions by interested Vendors. Please see below. The closing date will not be extended. No more questions shall be accepted after this posting. Q1. Are all of the pieces of equipment that will be included in this contract included in the equipment list on page 7? There are 19 machines listed. Please confirm that these are the only machines that are included in this contract. A1. Yes. Q2. Is there a survey done (pre-existing conditions report) at the beginning of the contract to determine if these machines have been properly maintained in the past and have no issue currently with them? A2. No. Q3. Will the awarded contractor be able to provide quotes to bring the equipment up an acceptable level of service before the maintenance and repair contract starts? A3. Yes, there will be a provision in the contract and money earmarked for these repairs. Q4. In section B.4 on page 5 of the solicitation it states that all VCS equipment is included in this section. Is all of the equipment included listed on the inventory list provided on page 7 of the solicitation? A4. Yes.
