- J&A, sole source The Civil Engineering Technical Services Center (CETSC), Contracting Office, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Engineered Arresting Systems Corp dba ESCO Zodiac Aerospace, 2550 Market St, Aston, PA 19014under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for Motor drive Unit Repair Kits/Limit Switch. The Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Thus, this is not a formal solicitation. Therefore, this is not considered a Request for Proposal (RFP).
