- SOURCES SOUGHT RFI This Sources Sought Notice SPE600-18-RFI-1021 is for information only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-Energy). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested and capable of providing fuel to various locations in Rota and Moron, Spain. The program for this solicitation is 1.8D. The deadline for responding to this Sources Sought Notice is 5 October, 2018. The FSC used is: Petroleum Refineries - 9110. The NAICS code is: Petroleum Refineries -324110. In responding to this notice, please provide your company name, email address, phone number, and name & location of fuel supplier. Responses and/or questions can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Orlando Merritt, at Orlando.Merritt@dla.mil. Subject line of the email should be: PP 1.8D Spain RFI/Sources Sought SPE605-18-RFI-1021 The requirement will be for Fuel Oil Burner #2 (FS2): 385,054 USG; Gasoline, MID Unleaded (MUM): 1,155,007 USG; and Diesel, 10 PPM MAX SULF (SFD): 645,169 USG to be delivered to eligible parties at an agreed upon escalating price. These are estimated quantities. 1. NSN: 9140-00-247-4365 FUEL OIL BURNER #2 (FS2) 2. NSN: 9130-01-272-0983 GASOLINE, MID UNL (MUM) 3. NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 DIESEL FUEL, 10 PPM MAX SULFUR (SFD) The proposed period of performance will be 1 May 2019 through 30 April 2024. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is 22 October 2018. Type of Contract Considered: Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment based on industry publication to be determined prior to solicitation issue. Offers must submitted in Dollars per USG All responsible offerors must be registered in SAM.gov All offerors must agree to use DLA Internet Systems Applications for Offer Submission (OET PC&S), order receipt(DIBBS), and Invoicing (WAWF). Offerors must be registered in OET PC&S as soon as possible. Offerors must be registered in DIBBS and WAWF prior to closing date for offers. First time offerors are encouraged to schedule a site visit to the locations, to gain adequate knowledge of the delivery requirements (please contact Orlando Merritt for scheduling of site visits).
