Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited 36C24518Q9327: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the Veterans Affairs Facility at the Martinsburg, WV VA Medical Center located at 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405. This procurement is tiered to include Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses. All work shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The firm must be approved under NAICS: 813920, size standard $15.0 Mil. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. SDVOSB and VOSB Firms must be registered and verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov in order to be considered for award. SDVOSB and VOSB firms that submit bid/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 19 September 2018. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from www.fbo.gov. Offers will be accepted till 26 September 2018, at 12:00 pm EST. Email Caitlin.hippensteel@va.gov with proposals. This procurement is subject to availability of funds.
