- RFP Package Includes: Solicitation Document; Appendix A - Statement of Work; Attachment 1 - Past Performance Questionnaire; Attachment 2: Relevant Experience Profile; Attachment 3 - Offeror Questions and Clarifications Mission of the U.S. Department of State: The U.S. Department of State is the lead institution for the conduct of American diplomacy and the Secretary of state is the President's principal foreign policy advisor. The Department of State's mission is to advance U.S. national security interests, fight terrorism, protect U.S. interests abroad, and implement foreign policy initiatives that build a freer, prosperous and secure world. Mission of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL): INL is under the Under Secretary for Democracy and Human Rights (J) and works to keep Americans safe at home by countering international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad. INL helps countries deliver justice and fairness by strengthening their police, courts, and corrections systems. These efforts reduce the amount of crime and illegal drugs reaching U.S. shores. The Counter-narcotics and Special Investigations Team (CSI) at INL Mexico supports the overall INL Mission by identifying, interdicting, disrupting, and dismantling transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) and reducing the flow of narcotics which threaten the safety of the United States and its citizens in accordance with Presidential executive orders on TCOs and the Opioids Crisis. This requirement will assist the Government of Mexico in achieving this mission. The Contractor shall be required to modify wing hard points, procure and install NATO standard mounts on two (2) King Air 350s, and provide installation kits for a third and fourth King Air. All work shall be performed in accordance with Appendix A - Statement of Work.
