Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with FerryBridge Group, LLC of Easton, MD to provide strategic communications support services to The Director of Expeditionary Warfare for the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N95). Support services are required to assist in the development, impact assessment and articulation of requirements and programs across the government and partners/shareholders audiences to ensure Expeditionary Warfare Governance Council success. The Government anticipates a 3-month period of performance with no option periods. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm, Fixed Price type order. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with FerryBridge Group, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541618. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 3:00 PM EDT on 21 September 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
