Description

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Removal of Steam Pipe Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings will be issued as attachments to the solicitation. This notice is issued by NCO-22 Gilbert, Located in Phoenix Arizona. However, work be performed at the following VA facility: GREATER LOS ANGELES VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (GLAVAHCS): 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073 This construction project will be solicited as a Total set-aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 238220. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $15M.   The resulting contract will be a firm fixed construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is intended to be 75 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Less than $25,000. A solicitation will immediately precede after issue of presolicitation It is strongly recommended that interested parties register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database and the Small Business Administration (SBA) database. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ and www.sba.gov/, respectively. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE OTHER THAN WHAT IS NOTED HEREIN.
