Description

Statement of Work BACKGROUND: The WPB is requiring to update the Nutrition and Food Refrigeration System. SCOPE: Replace refrigeration system in N&F. Remove and replace 6 refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers and freezers). This includes the removal and disposal of existing system as per EPA guidelines, remove old rack system with crane, provide 6 separate condensing units, 7 evaporators, UL rated weather covers for condensing units on roof, clean out existing lines to remove all contaminants, tie into existing refrigeration lines, new TXV, pump down solenoids, electronic thermostat control, dual pressure controls, direr, sight glass,leak test and evacuate, pressurize with R404A refrigerant, new electrical and panel required for new system start up and check for proper operation.
