- Deadline extended Solicitation #W912LC-18-Q-0088 The Colorado Army National Guard is requesting quotes for office furniture and installation at Buckley AFB in Aurora CO 80011. Please see attached product specifications sheet for additional details including detailed quantities and product specifications. Any brand names listed in the attachment were used as a basis for design. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Furniture installation must take place within 6 weeks after first site survey. Furniture installation must take place during 0800-1700 MST Tuesday - Friday. Selected vendor is required to verify measurements onsite 1 week ARO. COARNG will submit finish selections and fabric selections to awarded vendor. Vendor must submit available color and finish selections with their quote. A firm fixed price award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable. A-We are requesting standard task chairs so please use industry standard sizes Can the conference table be laminate? it is hard to match laminate and veener. A- yes we will accept laminate Do the office cubicles need to be those sizes? Industry standard is 10x10. A-we will accept industry standard.
