Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 100 Emancipation Drive in Hampton, Virginia will be soliciting quotes for Annual Regulated Waste services. A Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24618Q9609 will be issued on or about September 19, 2018. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with a five (5) year ordering period in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 562112 Hazardous Waste Collection Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 Million. The classification code is S222. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
