- Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912KC-18-R-9041 and is issued as a Request for Quote, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310. The Air National Guard - Pennsylvania requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: CLIN 0001: Vendor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to repair Caterpillar model D6T in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. WAGE DERMINTION: Currently, Wage Determination No: 2015-4225, Revision No: 9 dated 07/11/2018 for Dauphin County, PA is applicable and can be found at https://www.wdol.gov/wdol/scafiles/std/15-4225.txt?v=9. QTY: 1 JOB CLIN 0002: CMRA - Contractor Manpower Reporting Application. The contractor shall report ALL contract labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract at the secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address:https://www.ecmra.mil. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013. Contractors may direct questions to the help desk at https://www.ecmra.mil. QTY: 1 JOB SITE VISIT: An optional site visit is scheduled for 21 September 2018 at 2:30 PM Eastern Time at 15-010 Range Road, Fort Indiantown GAP, PA 17003 Point of Contact for base access is natonya Hill via email at natonya.r.hill.mil@mail.mil. Period of Performance: 90 Days ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within three buisness days prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** FAR 52.204-99 - This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. FAR 52.222-41 - Service Contract Labor Standards (Aug 2018) is applicable to this solicitation. 52.222-42 - Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires (May 2014) is applicable to this solicitation. In compliance with the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and the regulations of the Secretary of Labor (29 CFR part 4), this clause identifies the classes of service employees expected to be employed under the contract and states the wages and fringe benefits payable to each if they were employed by the contracting agency subject to the provisions of 5 U.S.C. 5341 or 5332.
