- SOLITATION Provisions List This is a combined synopsis/soloicitation for Biomedical Equipment Tools conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is: 18-239-SOL-00119 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Please leave line item 2 blank.
