- Responses to questions received for RFP to lease Diablo East Marina at Amistad NRA This notice provides responses to questions received for the Request for Proposals (RFP) to Lease the Diablo East Marina at Amistad National Recreation Area. This RFP provides the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to submit proposals to the NPS to lease Diablo East Marina at Amistad National Recreation Area. Diablo East Marina is on the Amistad Reservoir, near the northern terminus of Diablo East Road, just north of US 90, approx. 13 miles NW of the city of Del Rio in Val Verde County, Texas. The marina includes Diablo East Marina docks A, C, P, M, Fuel Dock, and a floating storage building; a 27.96 acre water assignment to conduct marina operations; breakwater; fuel system including fuel dispenser, lines, and storage tanks; marina store and shed. Offerors should review the RFP as well as the Sample Lease (included as Attachment A). This Sample Lease will be the basis for any negotiation between the NPS and the selected Offeror regarding the final Lease terms and conditions. Any proposal must be received by the Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, National Park Service, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 by 4:00 p.m. MT on October 23, 2018.
