Description

Responses to questions for RFP to lease Rough Canyon Marina at Amistad NRA This notices provides responses to questions received for the Request for Proposals (RFP) to Lease the Rough Canyon Marina at Amistad National Recreation Area. This RFP provides the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to submit proposals to the NPS to lease Rough Canyon Marina at Amistad National Recreation Area. Rough Canyon Marina is on the Amistad Reservoir, near SW terminus of Recreation Road 2, westerly of US 277, approx. 25 miles north of the city of Del Rio in Val Verde County, Texas. The marina includes one dock containing 24 slips; one dock containing a boat sewage pump-out station; two gangways; 15 mooring buoys with anchors; a 49.69 acre water assignment; and one 120 SF. office structure. Offerors should review the RFP as well as the Sample Lease (included as Attachment A). This Sample Lease will be the basis for any negotiation between the NPS and the selected Offeror regarding the final Lease terms and conditions. Any proposal must be received by the Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, National Park Service, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 by 4:00 p.m. MT on October 23, 2018.
