Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about October 4, 2018 to Replace Chiller and MCC, B-76 at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-18-643. Supply all the materials, tools, and labor to completely remove and install a new air-cooled chiller and Motor Control Center. All work will be done as defined in the drawings and specifications unless approved by the VA. The work will include all trades for general building construction. The trades used will include but are not limited to electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and controls. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238220. The small business standard is $15 M. The cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
