- Request for Quote W91YTZ-18-Q-0229 Cardiology Testing Services The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, US Army Health Contracting Activity, US Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for cardiology testing services for Occupational Health Clinic, Rock Island, IL/Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2023.
