- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply the following NSNs (Pallets, Material Handling): 3990-00-935-7960 3990-00-599-5326 3990-01-041-8803 3990-00-141-7261 These items are fully competitive. DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced items under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are to be determined. All requirements will be for OCONUS deliveries. This acquisition is anticipated to be FOB Origin - inspection and acceptance at Origin, with a "Source Stuffing/Containerized Movement from Source" requirement for all material. Anticipated Source Stuffing will take place on both the East and West coasts of the Continental United States. Such Source Stuffing sites must have a valid CAGE code, be accessible by truck, and located within 50 miles to a port that handles "ocean shipping." Further details shall be released in a forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If a solicitation or solicitations would result, it/they would be synopsized on the FedBizOpps website and posted on DIBBS. It would be the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps/DIBBS website for any such notices.
