Description

J&A BPA Call The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source BPA call to Otto Bock Healthcare, Austin, TX, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(I)(B), for the purchase of two (2) Genium X3, P/N 3B5-2 for the Center for the Intrepid, at the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, Size Standard: 750 employees. Award will be made on or about 18 September 2018. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim BPA call based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.
