- For Clarification: The asphalt pavement that is required to be removed, can be disposed of at a designated site within the Sherando Lake Recreation Area. Contractor will not have to dispose of asphalt off-site. The borrow site located within the Sherando Lake Recreation Area can be used to obtain fill if needed to raise building site foundation location. Soil Compaction is still a requirement with the change in the building location.
