This is a notice to sole source to AVI-SPL for Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Plan, Help Desk Support, Parts Repair/Replacement, and Labor for Repair to OPs Building, located at Camp Dawson, Kingwood, WV. Previous installation of Audio Visual equipment by this vendor have copyrights (Intellectual property Protection) and software agreements. Warranty would be voided if another vendor performed any work, modifications, wiring or programming to already installed equipment. This is not a request for quote/proposal.
