Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO-17) is seeking sources for the following Immucor products: Line Item Description Item No.: QTY: 0001 Complement Control Cells, 1 x 3 mL (QC of anti-C3) 0007930 26 0002 Referencell A2, 1 x 10 mL (Reverse Grouping) 0002342 26 0003 Referencell A1 and B, 2 x 10 mL 0002345 78 0004 Checkcell, 1 x 10 mL (Coombs Control Cells) 0002224 52 0005 Panocell-10, 12 x 3 mL (Panels) 0003032 26 0006 Panoscreen I, II and III, 2 x 10 (Antibody Screening) 0002381 26 0007 corQC Test, 2 x 11.5 (Quality Control) 0002400 26 Period of Performance (Standing Order): One Year (12 Months) The NCO-17 is seeking sources from any capable firm that can provide the supplies, especially Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms that can provide these supplies are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the RFI to be considered. Capable firms must identify their company name and are asked to provide a capabilities statement (if available) with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The requesting activity submitted a justification request stating the blood testing supplies must be FDA approved. Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement: If no affirmative written response is received from this notice the government intends to award a firm-fixed priced Federal Supply Schedule delivery order to Immucor for those items listed above without any further notice. The anticipated statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 8.405-6 Limited Sources. Notice: Do NOT respond to this notice in the Interested Vendors List. The POC for the sources sought notice does not have a Federal Business Opportunities registration account. The POC does not have any visibility to the Interested Vendors List tab within the notice. Interested firms must respond directly to the POC email address listed in the notice for consideration.
