Description

SAQR Cover sheet ATCH 1 Info Sheet ATCH 2 Provisions and Clauses This is a SAQR for subject project to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. Air Mobility Command (AMC/A8Z) requires a Brand Name "or equal" Data Security, Inc. HD-5T Degausser, DB-4000 Destruction Device, and a Degauss and Destroy Duo Cart. These products are required to sanitize sensitive magnetic media, hard drives, and hard disks in accordance with (IAW) the National Security Agency (NSA)/Central Security Service (CSS) standards for destruction of such devices. There are 2 attachments to this SAQR: Attachment 1 Information Sheet and Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses. A response to this solicitation shall consist of completion of Attachment 1 Information Sheet and applicable specifications (or a submitted quote in contractor format as long as it, at a minimum, depicts unit and extended prices (rounded to the nearest dollar), applicable specifications and delivery periods) and Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses, specifically provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Quotations are due by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time on 20 SEP 18. Submit quotations by email to the contracting officer Zachary.kauth.1@us.af.mil. All electronic submissions shall reference the complete SAQR number in the subject line. LATE QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
